A guy and his wife debated divorcing after their three children perished in a plane crash but ultimately decided against it. Years later, they would receive a gift that would save their lives. Here is the narrative of how they did it; they have fully recovered.
Marite Norris and her spouse once discussed dying to end their suffering. The couple had been the happy parents of three great-children for many years when they received the heartbreaking news that they had all passed away.
They must have been in such agony that they were on the verge of considering joining their kids. Because they didn’t want anybody else to experience their suffering, they didn’t act in their best interests. They spoke those things.
AN ATTACK IS GOING ON.
While their parents stayed in the Netherlands to complete some paperwork, Mo, 12, Evie, 10, and Otis, 8, returned to Perth with their paternal grandfather, Nick Norris. It allowed the parents to protect their kids from the disaster that affected them all.
After the kids had gone home, Rin and Maz talked about their “phenomenal” time spent together as a family in the Netherlands while expressing their hope to see them again soon. They didn’t know it then, but their luck was about to change drastically.
Rin’s father, Nick, loaded Rin and her siblings onto Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam on 17 July 2014. The flight departed on time at 12:31 p.m. local time.
After an hour and thirty minutes of flight, the airplane lost contact with the watchtower in Eastern Ukraine. Ninety seconds later, debris started to fall upon the wheat and sunflower fields near the Ukrainian town of Hrabove.
Just after midnight, Maz’s assistant called, distraught, and inquired whether their kids had boarded the plane. The person looked up pictures of the destruction on Google.
The plane was shot at, and that is what brought it down. Maz fell to the ground in anguish due to it shattering him. His wife heard what had happened and came downstairs.
IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AIR
By the time Evie was a toddler, she had 31 stamps in her passport, whereas Mo had 53.
They enjoyed themselves. After many years as a stockbroker, Maz started investing in start-ups with a sustainability-related focus. Rin was a makeup artist in London’s theatre community.
Their children were raised in a remote Muslim community even though their father constructed the first water purification and bottling facility powered by solar energy. The parents wanted to expose their kids to various cultures and ways of living.
Evie, who was more relaxed back and interested in sports than her father, was creative and compassionate, as was her mother. Otis, the family’s youngest member, was a bundle of energy who loved to climb trees.
RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF IT
Maz and Rin struggled to get used to having their kids away from their Scarborough home, and they disliked being left alone when they got back. Fortunately, they had the aid of family and friends to get over the death of a loved one.
The Australian community also expressed compassion for two deceased parents. The Fremantle Dockers honored the kids during another game.
It took some time for the bodies of Maz’s father and her three children to be identified. Three months later, they traveled to the Netherlands to bring them back.
The couple eventually had to accept that their children were no longer living with them. They ultimately developed coping mechanisms for their PTSD and began to move on.
They first desired sympathy, but as time passed, they came to hate the sympathetic looks they attracted from others.
SURPRISE GIFT
2016 Maz and Rin received a gift from their departed children—another child. The couple had discussed starting a family, but they weren’t sure how the tragedy that had transpired before the kid’s birth would affect the child.
They were confident they would become parents again if their three deceased children desired it when Violet May Maslin was born on 10 May 2016.
It turned out that Violet’s parents had been unduly hopeful and had instead been overly concerned. According to Maz, it was like follows:
In any language, the fact that I am the father of four adorable children qualifies as a blessing. Three aren’t visible, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t there.
When asked if the couple’s relationship has been affected by the death of their three children, Rin responded:
“We appreciate that Mo, Evie, and Otis entered our lives and gave us so much to learn.” It is a real blessing that Violet has entered our lives to assist us in regaining our parental status and provide us with joy and optimism.
Despite the tragedy that befell them, the couple’s circumstances have improved due to their gift of life.
