A dog saved the life of a baby girl who had stopped breathing in the middle of the night.

Having a dog in the house is always beneficial since they are caring and loyal friends and may save your life. We’ve seen stories about dogs stepping up to protect their owners or warn them of danger.

One lady is now dubbing her dog a hero after he saved her baby’s life by warning the parents just as the kid stopped breathing.

Kelly Andrew, of Boston, Massachusetts, owns a Boston terrier named Henry. Recently, the dog began acting up in the middle of the night, repeatedly entering their nursery and disturbing Kelly’s kid.

Kelly claims she was “fed up” with her dog’s behaviour, especially since the baby was unwell.

But then she realised her kid was not breathing.

After her daughter was taken to the hospital, Kelly recognised that Henry wasn’t being disruptive; instead, he was trying to save the infant’s life.

Somehow, the dog sensed something was wrong. Henry certainly saved the baby’s life by keeping her awake and alerting her parents, allowing her to seek medical attention before it was too late.

“I don’t know what would have happened if he hadn’t woken her,” Kelly posted on Twitter. “We don’t deserve dogs.”

The infant spent the night in the hospital and is “doing much better,” according to his mother.

Kelly also claims that her loyal dog Henry “bravely held the fort all night, even though he is scared of the dark.”

She also hailed the Connecticut Children’s Hospital ER staff for being “literal heroes” and assisting her daughter.

However, the excellent dog Henry received much attention when the tale went viral. People were astounded by the dog’s intuition and offered their stories, demonstrating how life-saving canines can be, even when it appears to be terrible behaviour.

“We couldn’t figure out for the longest time why my service dog kept going in to my parents room several times a night sniffing my dad’s face and nudging him repeatedly,” the lady said. “They always pushed her away, but she would circle back. She stopped as soon as he received his pacemaker.”

“I am chronically unwell. “I’ve been to the hospital several times because one of my dogs began sniffing and paying attention to a body part, alerting me that something was wrong,” another commented. “Dogs are heroes!”

We’re so pleased this baby is safe now due to the fast thinking of this brave dog! Good guy, Henry!
